Hi! I'm Jade Dupre, a REALTOR® with Property First Realty Group based in St. Amant, Louisiana. I work with buyers and sellers across Ascension, Livingston and East Baton Rouge Parishes. The early days of my career were spent in film, television and theatre. After that, I stayed home to raise my two boys and started working in still photography. In 2018 I started investing in real estate. I have hands-on experience renovating distressed and gutted homes. I hold some as rental properties and some I bring back to the market for a second life. I was licensed to sell real estate in 2024. Combining my love of real estate, renovations, photography and people I'm armed with great tools to guide you during the entire process of buying or selling. In 2025 I was ranked the #3 individual agent at my brokerage and hit Million Dollar Agent status in November . . . but what I'm most proud of is showing up for my clients the same way every time, whether it's their first home or their fifth. First-time buyers hold a special place for me. There's nothing like handing someone the keys to their very first home.
