James Campion brings a distinctive blend of experience and creativity to Oregon’s real estate market. With a lifelong foundation in homebuilding—having grown up in a General Contractor family—James later expanded his expertise by designing and building homes of his own. This hands-on background gives him an exceptional eye for a property's potential, offering clients valuable insight whether they're buying, selling, or investing. James also brings strong leadership and technical experience to his real estate practice. He developed his operations and IT management skills at major home improvement retailers in Northern California, eventually becoming IT Director for a multi-location corporation. His career later led him to serve as Director of Operations for two successful healthcare centers, further honing his organizational and client service abilities. In addition to his professional credentials, James is a lifelong lover of art and architecture. A skilled watercolorist, he has exhibited work in galleries throughout Sonoma County, California. Now based on the Oregon Coast, he embraces a balanced lifestyle that merges his passions for homes, design, and creative expression. James recently completed the historic renovation of a renowned artist’s former home and gallery on Canyon Road in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is now focusing on the development of JP Farm near Cannon Beach, Oregon—another project that reflects his deep appreciation for craftsmanship and place.
