James Haddox, a full time REALTOR® with Richfield Realty Group, joined the real estate industry in 2020 after an impressive decades-long career in corporate America. As an Operations Executive, James enjoyed interesting top-level roles with the major league baseball teams, Target, Andersen Windows and other Fortune 500 companies. His focus and passion for process and logistics have translated seamlessly into real estate, differentiating him as highly organized, efficient, and incredibly effective. Prior to applying his skills to Real Estate, James received his MBA from Walsh University, as well as degrees from both the University of Cincinnati and Kent State. He’s a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, a devoted husband to Jenne Haddox (also a REALTOR®,) and doting father to sons Carter (12) and Grant (9). James is passionate about helping people find the perfect home or investment opportunity. For two decades he’s focused on Land Management and Conservation which enhances his service offering for Land sales and leasing. He also offers Habitat Management consultation services.
