Jim is an ABR®, SRS® SFR®, Realtor-Associate® with extensive experience in the real estate industry. He specializes in residential real estate and investment properties, and brings more than three decades of sales expertise, technology experience and management skills to his real estate work. Jim consistently provides his clients with the highest levels of customer service, regardless of whether they are buying or selling a home or property. Jim is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Jim also leverages the strength of Christie's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to support his clients. In his spare time, Jim enjoys singing, playing golf and as well preparing cocktails and gourmet meals with his family and friends. A graduate of George Washington University, Jim is a Baritone, Board Member and Vice President of Technology with the New Jersey Choral Society. He resides in Franklin Lakes with the love of his life, Carolyn, and miniature dapple dachshund Lil' Miss Tipsy.
