Hey there! I’m Janalee, and I’ve been helping families buy or sell their perfect home, land, or both, for the past five years. I could sit here and spew out the number of homes I have sold and what my annual sales number is, but really, that's not what is important - but if you want to know - you can ask. What really drives me in real estate goes far deeper than just closing deals – it’s about creating those magical moments when someone finds a place they can truly call home or feels secure in leaving their home to a new buyer. My passion for real estate was born from my own childhood experience. After my family faced eviction due to problematic paperwork, we spent years in an unsafe living situation until an incredible real estate agent helped my mother secure our first stable home. I’ll never forget that feeling of peace and excitement when we finally had a safe place to call our own. Now, I get to pay that forward EVERY SINGLE DAY. What sets me apart? Honest communication, a strong work ethic, and genuine care for my clients. I believe everyone deserves not just a house, but a home where they feel excited and secure. When I am not helping clients, you’ll find me living it up with my amazing family – my wonderfully wacky husband (who’s basically the fifth boy in our household!) and our four sons, ages 8–16. We’re total outdoor enthusiasts who love everything from lake days and mountain hikes to ATV adventures. I love curling up and reading a book, but usually my boys need to be outdoors and active. My husband works as an RN, and after spending nine years in Salmon, Idaho, we’re thrilled to be back home in Coeur d’Alene where we met, got married, and had our first 2 kids.
