As a life long "Vermonter" with over 15 years in real estate I have the local knowledge and experience to offer my clients a robust service package whether they are buying or selling. I enjoy all aspects of helping sellers and buyers but the relationships formed are what I truly love about this career. Along with being a licensed broker and Realtor® I also am a real estate investor. My wife and I own a couple rental buildings and 3 short term rentals that we co-manage together. This hands on experience has allowed me to help clients from stepping into their first duplex to buying a second home with the market knowledge of secondary income support through short term renting. When I'm not out in the field, I enjoy helping rescue pups (with my wife, son, and our foster fail- Nebraska), snowboarding with my sign, evenings out on our local reservoir, and flying helicopters.
