I'm Jen Alexander, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, proudly serving clients throughout North Idaho. Since joining the brokerage, I've been committed to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible while delivering professional guidance every step of the way. A graduate of Post Falls High School, I went on to earn my degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Montana. Before beginning my career in real estate, I worked as a Newspaper Sales Manager, where I developed valuable skills in marketing, negotiation, customer service, and training — expertise that now directly benefits my clients. My husband and I are entrepreneurs at heart. Together we own Standout Promotion in Hayden, Idaho, offering embroidery, screen printing, signage, vehicle wraps, print products, and more. We also operate a gas station/RV park in Mullan and run a property management company for VRBO rentals. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of both business ownership and the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, and taking in all the natural beauty the Northwest has to offer. I love being involved in my children's sports and spending time with family and friends. My goal is simple: to help each client find the perfect place to call home while making the process as seamless as possible.
