With over 17 years in real estate, I help clients navigate luxury homes, investment properties, and relocations along the Carolina coast with confidence and ease. My approach is consultative—I focus on strategy, market insight, and long-term value, not just the transaction. Originally from Minnesota, I moved to the Carolinas over a decade ago, and that experience gave me firsthand insight into relocating and settling into a new market. Before the move, I ran a successful real estate business in the Midwest, which taught me the importance of education, strategy, and building lasting relationships. A personal experience early in my career shaped my mission: my family was discouraged from using our VA loan benefit, and we missed an opportunity to save money. That taught me how crucial it is to guide clients with clarity and advocacy. Since then, I’ve made it a priority to educate and support Veterans, investors, and anyone making a big move—helping them feel confident and informed every step of the way. After COVID, my family took the leap to fulfill our dream of living at the beach. We purchased and renovated a unique North Myrtle Beach property, which gave me hands-on experience with coastal living, renovations, and the nuances of different communities. That experience helps me guide clients on everything from lifestyle fit to investment potential. Clients work with me for clear communication, strategic planning, and stress-free results. Whether buying a luxury home, evaluating an investment property, or relocating to the coast, my goal is to make the process smooth, informed, and even enjoyable. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three kids, and our two dogs. You’ll often find me surfing, riding my motorcycle, walking the beach, or just soaking up the Carolina coast lifestyle. Living here has been a dream, and I love helping others find theirs too.
