Growing up I mowed lawns for cash, and when I moved back to Maine after my father passed, I started a landscaping company. We got requests for home repairs, and this grew into doing renovation work for our clients. Seeing opportunity in real estate to improve my family's financial future, I stepped up to the challenge and started buying rental properties that we would to renovate and then hold and rent out. I have been a landlord since 2010, and grew my holdings into a significant real estate portfolio. Real estate has been a great investment for me and my family. Helping others into real estate investments of homes and rental properties is very gratifying work and it's a way of helping others achieve their dreams and goals. I have been self employed most of my life, and have drawn a lot of business wisdom from my father and other mentors. Having a lot of first hand experience from seeing my father running multiple business ventures, I have continued to learn more as I have now run multiple businesses myself. I combine my business experience with my real estate experience to strive to provide the best guidance possible for my clients. My special skills are thinking outside the box and developing creative solutions for issues that may arise, and also personally being involved with 15 transactions of buying and selling real estate as a client. I understand the emotions and experience of a client in a real estate transaction, with it's common ups and downs, and both the work and the joy of bringing a transaction to a successful closing. I am bonded with nature for life and enjoy any outdoor activity. I have hiked all 67 4,000+ ft mountains in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, which is called the NE 67. I am an avid endurance cyclist and was the first to bike NY's Empire State Trail, and first to fatbike across Maine and then New England. I hold the world record for biking the East Coast Greenway (Key West to Canada) in 2022, which was an amazing life experience. I also love listening to music, and spending time with my family and friends is my everyday pleasure.
