Hi, I’m Jesus R. Garcia. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Florida real estate market for over 7 years, and I truly enjoy what I do. I primarily serve Volusia and Flagler Counties, with a strong focus on Deltona, DeLand, DeBary, Orange City, and New Smyrna Beach—these are communities I know well and love working in. Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Air National Guard, and that experience still shapes how I show up for my clients—disciplined, dependable, and always focused on doing the right thing. I also hold a degree in Business and bring over 18 years of sales experience across multiple industries, which helps me guide negotiations, solve problems, and keep things moving smoothly. I have a passion for working with first-time homebuyers, helping clients explore new construction opportunities, and supporting families through short sales when they need it most.
