I have been a licensed Florida agent since 2005 and have been investing in Real Estate since the 1980s. I have a strong background in customer service, negotiations & marketing. I pride myself on focusing on you, providing the information you need to make the right decisions for you and your journey. I work at your pace, whether you need to sell or buy Now or are just in the early stages. My systems & processes allow us to go at your pace, not mine, and all my services are free of charge and come with no obligation until we can meet your goals together. I look forward to meeting you, and hope to be able to fulfill all your Real Estate dreams and keep "Driving Florida Home" I was born and raised in a great little town (not so little anymore) in Upstate NY, Ithaca. As a child my family instilled in me the virtue of hard work, whether it be planting and trimming Christmas trees with my Grandfather, bailing hay with my father, or working on the farm down the road. I was always busy. Teamwork is also a valuable lesson I learned. I have always been interested in sports, I started playing hockey & baseball at age 6, later I played basketball, football, and lacrosse. I played 3 varsity sports in high school and then some baseball in college. I feel teamwork is as important a life lesson as hard work. You can get so much more accomplished as a team then as an individual.
