Hello, I'm JoElle Stucke, a proud Washington native who spent my early years in sunny Sequim and now proudly calls Lake Stevens home. Family, friends, and community are at the heart of everything I do. I remain actively involved in the Lake Stevens community and enjoy supporting local schools, businesses, and organizations that make our area such a wonderful place to live. In 2001, I began a successful career in law enforcement, where I spent more than a decade developing the problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills that continue to benefit my clients today. As my priorities shifted toward family and building a business I truly loved, I transitioned into real estate. Today, with more than 13 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Snohomish, King, Pierce, Skagit, Island, Clallam, and Whatcom Counties, I have successfully guided clients through every type of market. From first-time buyers to luxury homes, relocations, and investment properties, I am known for strong negotiation skills, exceptional communication, and a commitment to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. After getting married, I embraced an exciting new chapter by launching JS Home Group and joining Real Broker, combining the personalized service my clients have always appreciated with innovative technology and modern marketing. When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, traveling, camping, golfing, snowboarding, bowling, playing softball, attending concerts, cheering on Seattle sports teams (Go Hawks...Tridents Up, etc) or exploring everything the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer. Although our children are now grown and building lives of their own, family continues to be the center of everything we do.
