I am the Broker/Owner of TRINITY REAL ESTATE, bringing more than 23 years of real estate experience to every client I serve. I am a Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR) through the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). These credentials allow me to provide the highest level of service whether my clients are purchasing a new home, selling a property—traditional or short sale—or navigating sales and purchases within senior and 55+ communities. Throughout my career, I have been honored with numerous industry awards recognizing sales volume and performance, including International Sales Recognition, Top Performer, Regional Sales Awards, and a nomination for REALTOR® of the Year. While these achievements are deeply appreciated, they are a reflection of the trust my clients place in me and the dedication of my talented team. To date, I have successfully sold over 400 properties. My business is built on a Work by Referral philosophy, which allows me to focus my time and energy entirely on my clients’ needs rather than prospecting for new business. By consistently striving to exceed expectations, I have been fortunate that 90% of my clients come from referrals by past clients, for which I am incredibly grateful. I believe in treating every home as if it were my own and every client like family.
