He has put his degree in finance from San Diego State University to good use guiding clients through complex transactions. Working as a senior policy and land use advisor for former County Supervisor Ron Roberts gave Joe valuable experience and also showed him how fulfilling it is to create, manage, and complete successful projects by working with groups of people. The sense of accomplishment he feels from helping people achieve their real estate dreams is immeasurable. Joe is also a successful business owner who, after years spent building his company, Mad Science, then later Peachjar, decided to put his skills to use in the real estate environment. In addition to helping clients with a variety of real estate needs, Joe works with San Diego corporations in serving corporate clients. As the federal court-appointed Realtor for bankruptcy properties, and the approved Realtor for trust estate sales, he works diligently to ensure people receive honest, fair treatment. Joe has always set a high priority on taking action to improve his community. He is a mentor for Hoover High School students, an active member of San Diego Rotary Club 33, a Board member and advisor for the Charitable Real Estate Foundation of the San Diego Foundation, a committee member for Scripps Hospital Charitable Giving Committee, and a former Board member for the San Diego State Alumni Association.
