Salutations, I am Johnny Garcia Jr. born on Galveston Island. I take pride of being a BOI like many others. I grew up in Pasadena & Deer Park but have lived in League City, TX since 2003. I married my best friend Jaime who is a teacher for CCISD. We have 4 children and we love to travel, whether it’s hiking in the mountains, or camping in our travel trailer, but our favorite is spending time on a tropical beach with its white sand and turquoise waters. My experience in sales started at a young age. Since I was in elementary school I realized I could sell my lunch snacks to other kids who weren’t so lucky with their parent’s choice of snacks. I have always loved the art of negotiating and the excitement from it. Being in real estate with the opportunity to help others either purchasing or selling their real estate is a natural for me. You will quickly see that I am committed to the philosophy of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
