After building and selling a national internet marketing company, Joe and his partner settled in coastal Delaware and purchased The Homestead Bed & Breakfast, where he enjoys helping guests discover the unique lifestyle of the Delaware beaches. As a REALTOR, Joe is known for listening closely, understanding each client’s goals, and providing a seamless, well-supported experience backed by strong marketing and a trusted network of partners. He also serves as vice-chair on the Clear Space Theatre board, supporting the arts that help keep Rehoboth vibrant. With personal experience buying and selling significant commercial real estate and intellectual property, Joe frequently works with entrepreneurs and investors navigating complex transactions. Outside of work, he enjoys hosting friends, surf fishing, gardening, cheering on his favorite football team, and relaxing with a dirty martini in the courtyard.
