Having managed bank branches in Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and Three Rivers, Josh has gained firsthand knowledge of banking and finance, excellent customer service skills, and extensive lending and mortgage process knowledge. He has developed solid relationships with skilled local lenders who can make the home financing process seamless for his clients. In 2012, Josh started investing in real estate, purchasing over a dozen properties in Kalamazoo County. His background as a branch manager and real estate investor has allowed him to establish a network of connections with local lenders, contractors, and tradespeople, including plumbers, electricians, and roofers. Josh understands that buying and selling real estate should be an exciting experience for both parties. That's why he decided to become a full-time broker/realtor, and he believes it was the best decision for him and his family.
