I have lived in the Houston area since 1985 and have been involved in real estate since 1992, when I purchased my first investment property in South Houston. In 2003, I became licensed and joined Keller Williams. In 2010, I transferred to UTR Texas Realtors, and in 2015 I opened my current office, which now houses my growing team so we can better serve our clients. Today, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. I have comprehensive experience representing clients in both residential and commercial transactions, along with an in-depth understanding of the local market that allows me to accurately identify and meet my clients’ needs. I represent clients in all facets of their real estate goals, including tenants, buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. On the commercial side, I specialize in multifamily properties such as apartment buildings and mobile home parks. I also help new investors get started with flips and single-family rental investments. For experienced investors, I locate and assist with the acquisition of residential and commercial investment properties. As a buyer’s agent, I represent your interests throughout the purchase process. I research the market to ensure you get the best possible price and work to make your transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible by being with you every step of the way. As a listing agent, I ensure you get top dollar for your property by researching the market and pricing your property correctly to maximize value while minimizing time on the market. I actively market your listing to keep it in front of potential buyers and other agents who may bring qualified buyers. I pride myself on my team’s outstanding service, always putting our clients’ best interests first and providing the highest level of service possible.
