I work the Treasure Valley from Meridian, with a focus on buyers, new construction, and investment property in Meridian, Kuna, Nampa, and West Boise. My background is a little different from most agents. I studied Urban Studies at Stanford and spent ten years in design and marketing before real estate. That means I think about a house the way a city planner does: what is being built nearby, where the jobs are moving, what the street looks like in five years. I do not guess at value. I pull the comps and show you the math. Right now that math favors buyers in a lot of the valley. Builders are carrying inventory and discounting to move it. Knowing which communities are motivated, and which incentives are real versus dressed up, is most of my job. I am also a homeowner and small landlord here, so I have sat on your side of the table. First-time buyer, FHA, relocating from out of state, or buying your third rental, I will tell you plainly what a property is worth and when to walk away. Licensed in Idaho.
