Julie has always been interested in Real Estate. While employed at a local credit union, she handled all the fees associated with obtaining a mortgage. This was during a time when the Credit Union went through a period of home foreclosures. Julie got to see first-hand what goes into re-selling a foreclosed property, listing with a real estate agency and also selling through an auction. Having a bachelor's degree in Accounting, the knowledge of mortgages and the associated fees, Julie knows how to assist clients with the financial calculation of their home buying or selling transaction. She has a passion for a challenge and helping individuals achieve their goal. Over the years, Julie and her husband Chuck have bought, built and sold homes for the past 20 years and since 2012 have managed their three rental cottages at Newfound Memories on Newfound Lake. Always having a passion for construction and real estate, she decided to become a real estate agent to help others with one of the largest financial transactions of their life; buying their first home or selling their current home to buy their dream home. Being exposed to the construction industry for over 30 years, inspired Julie to also obtain the Certified New Home Specialist and Residential Construction Certified credentials, to further assist clients that choose to purchase land and build their dream home.
