With a military and oil and gas family background, I have lived in 11 states throughout the US (CA, OR, WA, AZ, NM, TX, KS, IL, MI, NJ, and CO), and in three foreign countries (Venezuela. Peru, and the UK). I personally know what moving a home with kids/pets, etc., means! *** My background includes banking and mortgage lending, and management consulting with Deloitte/Touche. I enjoy connecting with others through these life experiences. *** A big area of focus for me is local and national relocation, which may or may not be corporate initiated. I help people target the area in which they want to live, based on their lifestyle needs and desires. This may mean selling and moving across town, moving here from another city/state, or leaving to move to another city/state. *** I meticulously study and educate myself to develop and maintain expertise in many areas of town, mainly along the east side of Denver and down through the Tech Center. 20+ years of experience negotiating home sales at all price levels enables me to oversee even the most complex transactions with confidence. *** I strive to provide million dollar service to ALL of my buyers and sellers! *** My track record includes selling between 15-35 home sales per year, consistently, since 2007. I’ve sold numerous Luxury homes, starter condos, and everything in between. My business is built on solid service and excellent referrals, and I am grateful for the amazing relationships that have been forged with my clients! *** On a personal level, I am mom to four children, all recent engineering graduates from CU, The Colorado School of Mines, and Texas Tech Engineering. I enjoy indulging my intellectual curiosity of culture and architecture through travels abroad.
