My name is Karen Parker, and I am a real estate broker with United Real Estate located at 1425 E. 86th Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis, Indiana. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers throughout the Indianapolis area, and I take pride in providing knowledgeable, honest, and personalized service to every client I work with. As a local market expert, I understand that buying or selling a home is not the same everywhere. You need someone you can trust to give you accurate information, guide you through the process, and protect your best interests from start to finish. My goal is to make sure you feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. When working with buyers, I serve as a dedicated buyer’s agent, which means my loyalty is to you — not the seller. I believe strongly in educating my clients, explaining every part of the process, and making sure you understand your options before making important decisions. Whether you are buying your first home, moving up, downsizing, or relocating, I am here to guide you through the entire transaction from the first showing to the day you receive the keys. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time at home in Indianapolis with my husband, who is preparing for retirement, as we enter the season of becoming almost empty nesters. I love visiting local parks and walking trails, gardening, reading, and relaxing with my favorite shows — especially Amazing Race. I’m originally from Washington State, where I was born and raised on the Colville Indian Reservation. I am the sixth of nine children, and family has always been a very important part of my life. I have three children — two in the workforce and one still in college — and I am blessed with two beautiful grandchildren. Real estate is more than a career for me. It’s an opportunity to help people through one of the most important decisions of their lives, and I consider it a privilege to be part of that process.
