Kit has lived in Dutchess County since 2001, having moved from New York City. She has been a REALTOR® since 2003, and since joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties she has been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Salesperson and Top Producer. Kit is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, but is equally experienced working with sellers, and has extensive experience in New Construction and Resale of all property types. She is a member of DCAR, NYSAR, NAR, Mid-Hudson MLS and Hudson Gateway MLS and is e-Certified. Kit believes in THOROUGHLY representing her clients' and customers' best interests with integrity and tenacity! Kit has a B.A. cum laude in theatre from Florida State University and has studied Graphic Design at Parsons School of Design. She has worked as an actor in commercials and television as well as musical theatre. She has worked in Graphic Design for many years in this area and in New York City. She is an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity, Treehouse Foundation, Sunshine Kids and is active in local theatre. Kit has lived all over the country as a "faculty brat" having moved from Indiana to New Hampshire to Southern California to Florida, then New York City but is happy to have settled in beautiful Dutchess County.
