Kendall is a proud Jacksonville native with a deep appreciation for the city’s vibrant communities and coastal charm. A graduate of The Bolles School, she went on to earn both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in nutrition from the University of North Florida. From 2021 to 2023, Kendall lived abroad in Curaçao, where she worked with a local real estate company creating newsletters and blogs focused on tourism, new developments, and market trends. That experience sparked her passion for real estate and strengthened her understanding of how lifestyle, culture, and property intersect. After returning to Jacksonville in the fall of 2023, Kendall obtained her real estate license. Her local roots, combined with her international experience in the Caribbean, give her a well-rounded and global perspective when serving clients. Kendall is dedicated to providing exceptional, high-quality real estate services while helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals with confidence and value.
