As a proud U.S. Air Force veteran with eight years of service, culminating at Luke Air Force Base, I understand firsthand what it means to serve, and I've made it my mission to help fellow service members and veterans navigate the home-buying process with confidence. I specialize in working with VA loan buyers, guiding veterans through every step of using their hard-earned benefits and often helping them achieve homeownership with little to no money down. I'm also fluent in Spanish and proudly serve the Spanish-speaking community, working with both buyers and sellers to ensure clear communication and full understanding throughout every transaction. Beyond helping clients, I'm an active real estate investor myself. As the owner of multiple properties with hands-on experience in property flipping and the founder of a short-term rental management company, I offer a rare depth of practical, real-world knowledge, whether you're purchasing your first home, selling, or building an investment portfolio.
