With a background in building and remodeling, Ken entered into full time real estate sales in 2003 After 10 years of being a realtor, he became a broker and partnered up with a longtime friend and fellow realtor to open Homestead Realty. Thanks to his great past clients, family and friends, he consistently ranks among the top 5% of realtors in the Grand Rapids Market. He has earned multiple awards and designations throughout his career doing the majority of his work in the residential home sale market but also has extensive knowledge in new construction and investment properties.
