In Port Saint Lucie and on the Treasure Coast, I bring both passion and a deep sense of responsibility to my role with REMAX Gold Florida. I see myself not as a salesperson, but as a Real Estate professional who guides his clients through the major life event of purchasing or selling a home. I realize that a Real Estate transaction could be stressful for my clients but with my expertise, I make the process seam easy. My clients soon understand that whether it is a problem to be solved or a detail to be explained, they can count on me to get the issue resolved expeditiously. I left my hometown of Jackson, NJ in 1999 to attend Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. Like many northerners who first visit Florida, I fell in love with everything that the Sunshine State has to offer and made this his permanent residence. My family and I moved to Port St. Lucie, Fl., where I currently reside and have been an associate Realtor serving the Treasure Coast since 2007. Previously, I worked in the same capacity in Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Miami Beach, Florida. In 2018 I decided to venture into the New Home Construction with Kolter Homes @ PGA Verano and closed 45-73 homes per year consistently. Since then, I’ve established relationships with EVERY homebuilder along the Treasure Coast and consider myself a New Home Construction specialist. With over 21 years of Real Estate experience, including more than 19 years experience in Port Saint Lucie, I'm an expert in the Treasure Coast Real Estate market. Whether representing a seller or buyer, I'm a skillful and diligent negotiator who welcomes the challenge of creating and delivering the best possible deal for my clients based on their needs.
