Hello, and thanks for looking me up :-) I’m currently licensed in both Washington State and sunny Arizona. I’ve been a licensed broker since 2015 and look forward to sharing my experience and people skills should you grant me the opportunity. Helping friends from Washington looking to relocate, purchase a second home, investment property, 1031 exchange, whatever real estate needs arise, I want to be your broker! Maybe you're looking to relocate to Arizona from another part of the country to find a different climate as I've heard many "no more Nor'easters for me!" will be all be a fun and exciting task. Continuing to help my Arizona & Washington clientele with their first home, upsizing/downsizing, whatever life changes bring you I'm ready to help. What gives me an edge over other agents? I have tremendous communication & people skills, I’m diligent, savvy, good listener, life experienced, and great negotiator. I have been in the housing industry most of my life being part of the family-owned glass & window business that started in 1946, then following my college graduation I took it over as the 3rd generation owner running it for 25 years, so I know construction and I can be your best advocate be it buy or sell. As your listing agent being well connected in the construction industry, I can get a variety of talented industry people in to get the home ready to sell and facilitate this process for you. As your buyer agent I also have a great eye for detail and can really help look over the home for defects, or functional obsolescence before we make an offer giving you a great feel of confidence. I simply love people and really love the opportunity of helping with one of the largest decisions of your lifetime!
