Hello there! I am passionate about real estate and helping clients achieve their goals. I bring over 14 years of experience in realty, sales, and top-level negotiations. I pride myself in being able to provide quality service to build and maintain relationships with clients through honest and transparent communication. I can offer a wealth of knowledge and insights regarding various real estate markets including Residential, Commercial, and Development. I also manage a real estate office that serves the dynamic and diverse communities across the Bay Area. I am currently a Realtor/Team Leader with Pacificwide Real Estate & Mortgage; me and my team are top selling agents who have sold properties in all price ranges from starter homes to high-dollar and investment properties. I began my real estate career in 2004 as one of the realtors of Wonder Agents, Inc., where I had the opportunity to learn and grow with the best of the industry. In 2008, I joined Pacificwide Real Estate & Mortgage and quickly became a consistent top producer. I was Pacificwide Top Producer in 2013 and 2014. I have always been actively involved in the real estate industry. Currently, I am a member of Santa Clara Association of REALTORS (SCCAOR), National Association of Realtor (NAR), Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), CCIM Northern California Chapter, and International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Through consultations with many real estate professionals, I am effective in evaluating real estate for residential or commercial use. Whether you are buying or selling, I will inform you and work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time. I am currently residing in San Jose and when not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am also bilingual in English-Vietnamese.
