I started selling real estate in 2004 and closed my first transaction in 2 months. Within 6 months I sold my first Million dollar listing. I primarily represent buyers and sellers of homes, condos, vacation rentals, and vacant land all over the Big Island of Hawaii. Much of my business is from repeat clients, although I'm always happy to meet and represent new buyers and sellers. I'm a shrewd negotiator, and a forward thinker. Along with my partner Ray Doblick, we make real estate a breeze.
