For nearly 30 years, Kristi has proudly served buyers and sellers as a real estate professional and residential REALTOR® across Maryland. Growing up in Frederick County (graduate of Linganore High School) she has lived in Central Maryland her entire life, except during college while earning her undergraduate degree and playing NCAA soccer at beautiful St. Mary’s College of Maryland. As a lifelong regional fixture, Kristi has both the intensive local knowledge and the broad access to all resources necessary to navigate the ever-changing housing market. A year-over-year platinum status agent with Samson Properties, and the Frederick Maryland Office "Agent of the Year" in 2024, she has earned NAR's e-PRO® certification, the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, and the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) credential. Kristi is a co-owner of a Maryland licensed general contracting and consulting firm that provides a unique "one stop shop" approach for pre-listing updates, and is also a registered Mentor for Samson Properties, helping new real estate professionals get started in their careers on solid ground. She leads a team of several agents that work together to service the entire state of Maryland, from Deep Creek Lake to the Ocean City shoreline. Kristi has always been very active in the community, and is both a financial supporter and volunteer for many non-profit organizations, including past service to the Boys and Girls Club, the Woman to Woman Mentoring Program, Project Safe Ride, the Mental Health Association of Frederick, United Way of Frederick County, and several Veteran service organizations including Platoon 22 where her husband Josh serves on the Board of Directors.
