Originally from Joliet, Illinois, LaTosha Davis brings over a decade of hands-on real estate experience and a deep passion for education, advocacy, and representation to every client she serves. She has called Arizona home since 2005 and proudly understands the Valley’s growth, neighborhoods, and market cycles from both a professional and personal perspective. LaTosha’s real estate journey began in 2013, working directly for a home builder where she managed vendors and trade partners responsible for constructing new homes. This behind-the-scenes experience gave her a strong foundation in how homes are built, timelines are managed, and quality is ensured, insight that continues to benefit her buyers and sellers today. She became a licensed REALTOR®? in December 2021, combining industry knowledge with client-facing advocacy. A homeowner herself for nearly nine years, LaTosha understands the pride, responsibility, and wealth-building power of homeownership. Her mission is deeply personal: after navigating bankruptcy and experiencing homelessness earlier in life, she went on to purchase her own home, proof that setbacks do not disqualify anyone from success. This lived experience allows her to guide clients with empathy, strategy, and belief, especially those who never imagined homeownership was possible for them.
