I’m Lance, born and raised in North Carolina, and at some point I’ve lived in nearly every region of this beautiful state. Today, I proudly call the Triad home, though my roots are in eastern North Carolina. The greatest joy in my life is my family—my wife, Courtney, and our three amazing kids: Kynlee, Avett, and Oliver. I began my career as a Realtor with a boutique firm in Winston-Salem and now serve as the owner and head broker of Oak & Elm Realty Group.
