I am a real estate agent, real estate attorney, certified mediator and certified negotiator. My super power is problem solving. When clients work with me they are fully informed of their legal rights and obligations throughout the entire real estate transaction. Therefore, buyers are not at risk of losing their good faith deposit and sellers are not at risk of being sued for misrepresentation. I typically work alongside other real estate agents if the property is listed on the MLS. I charge only an affordable flat fee for legal oversight of the transaction. However, if you are involved in a For Sale By Owner transaction, then I can represent you as your counsel from beginning to end (also for a reasonable flat fee). No commissions are charged whatsoever.
