I retired from my last job after 31 years but I didn't want to sit at home. I have always enjoyed looking at open houses when they were available and I like people. Real estate was a logical choice for part time work and I like working with real estate. Not every deal makes it to closing but it gives me a chance to figure different ways of making things work. In the small community I lived in, I sold almost 100 homes in the first few years of working in this business. It is always fresh because no 2 deals are alike.
