I have lived in the St. George area for over 30 years. Originally being from Florida gives me a unique perspective. I know firsthand what it is like to be new here and how easy it is to fall in love with the area. Southwest Utah is like nowhere else on earth. it's family-friendly, retirement friendly, and full of education and recreation possibilities. My goal is to best represent clients weather a buyer or a seller and I consider myself to be truly caring, making authentic connections. I truly love helping people with the relocation process. I enjoy working with both seniors and families helping them navigate the real-estate sales and purchase process. I believe education in this industry really sets agents apart. The buying and selling process is ever changing and every transaction is different. It is imperative that we as real estate sales professionals be up to speed. It is a great day when I can teach and guide clients during the process. To be able to serve and protect our clients in this ever-changing world of real estate is what I love to do. My passion for ongoing education led me to serve as the Chairman for the Washington County Board of Realtors Education Committee. Everyone is different, every situation is different, that is why I choose to not just do the minimum with my ongoing education. I truly believe knowledge is power.
