Lisa Dube Forman has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, specializing in various areas such as residential estates, second homes, condominiums, and recreational properties. What sets her apart is her unique expertise in specialty real estate niches and solutions for equine enthusiasts, veterinarians, purebred dog breeders, multi-dog homeowners, and kennel establishments. Her skilled knowledge in real estate and animal welfare makes her a versatile professional capable of providing unique solutions to her clients. Aside from her professional life, Lisa's heart belongs to her lifelong passion for purebred dogs and Thoroughbred horse racing. She has been a dedicated Breeder/Owner/Exhibitor of Irish Wolfhounds and Australian Terriers for four decades and is an American Kennel Club (AKC) Conformation Dog Show Judge. Since childhood, she has spent countless family weekends at Monmouth Race Track. She volunteers for the Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga. She and her husband are season seat holders at Saratoga Race Track and are members of the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame. Lisa's involvement in the volunteer community is ample. She has served in numerous capacities of various organizations, including as President of the Northern Adirondack Board of REALTORS, and with non-profits focused on preservation and purebred dog welfare issues. She is an active member of the Saratoga Kennel Club and the Hudson River Valley Hound Association, amongst many other clubs, for the welfare of dogs and horses.
