Her Real Estate journey began in 1981 while attending college, and it quickly became clear that helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership was a true passion. After relocating to the Jersey Shore, Louisa spent over 28 successful years with ERA American Towne Realty in Toms River as a Broker/Sales Associate and General Manager. In 2016, Louisa made a pivotal decision to join the RE/MAX family. She founded The Sagarese Group, a highly respected team serving Ocean and Monmouth Counties in New Jersey. Today her team consists of several Real Estate professionals along with her husband and daughter. As a part of RE/MAX, they provide clients with cutting-edge technology, innovative tools, and an exceptional Real Estate Experience. Beyond serving her clients, Louisa is a dedicated Leader in the Real Estate community. She is actively involved in committees at the local, state and national levels.
