Aloha! I’m Luis, a Spanish-speaking real estate agent in O'ahu who believes real estate should always be about people first. My role is to listen carefully, understand your goals, and guide you with clarity, honesty, and empathy through every step of the buying or selling process. I specialize in working with Spanish-speaking clients and buyers relocating to Hawai'i. I know firsthand how overwhelming real estate can feel when you’re moving to a new place or navigating the process in a second language. That’s why I place a strong emphasis on education and communication. I take the time to explain contracts, timelines, neighborhoods, and market strategies in clear, plain language, in both English and Spanish, so you feel confident and supported at all times. I don’t measure success by awards, rankings, or transaction volume. I measure it by how well I protect, guide, and empower the families I serve. My goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and strong personal connection. I’ve lived on O'ahu for over 15 years. Having relocated to Hawai'i, I understand the challenges and excitement that come with starting a new chapter on the islands, and I use that experience to better serve clients moving from the mainland or abroad. I live on O'ahu with my wife and our two sons. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family at the beach, hiking, snorkeling, and exploring the island.
