Raised in a small farming community in Arizona, Lydia built her career on a foundation of hard work and uncompromising integrity. After earning an Accounting degree from the University of Arizona in 1978, she quickly obtained her real estate license and gained experience with developers in Yuma and Oceanside, CA. In 1986, she secured her contractor's license in Arizona, and two years later, moved to Oregon, earning her General Contractor’s license as one of only a handful of women in the industry at the time. While successfully running her construction business and raising her son as a single mother, she became a respected leader, serving as President of the Marion-Polk Home Builders Association in 1997. During her time in Oregon, she was also actively involved with her church, contributing labor and oversight for campus building projects. Returning to California in 1999, Lydia continued working in real estate by purchasing and renovating homes for several years. She officially obtained her California Real Estate license in June 2021 and is affiliated with eXp Realty of Southern California Inc. Drawing on her extensive background as a licensed contractor, Lydia offers clients a unique perspective: she helps buyers visualize a property's potential while providing sellers with clear, data-driven market expectations. Dedicated to continuous improvement, she has been coached by both the Tom Ferry and Mike Ferry organizations, ensuring her clients benefit from expert communication and service that consistently goes above and beyond.
