Lynn is a member of the NC REALTORS® and Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®. Lynn also holds the designations of REALTOR®, SRES® and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ Lynn Hathcock was first connected with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in 2014 when they helped her with the purchase of a second home in Naples, Florida. She was very impressed with their efforts and she knew immediately that this company had a lot to offer their customers. When they opened an office in Asheville, North Carolina in 2016, Lynn was very excited to join them. She has lived in Asheville for 26 years, has been a North Carolina real estate agent for 18 years and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Beginning her career path at an early age, Lynn entered the insurance industry and worked in insurance claims for 15 years. During that time, she gained valuable negotiating, communication and organizational skills that she continues to use each day in real estate. In 2006, Lynn began working in real estate. Over the years, she has gained an extensive knowledge of this market as a local REALTOR® and she is proud to offer direct hands-on service to each customer with constant communication. To Lynn, it's all about building relationships to last a lifetime. Lynn has completed the Ninja Selling System on three occasions, which has helped to develop her skills in real estate to achieve a higher level of success. It is Lynn's goal to provide her customers with the highest level of customer service with professionalism and knowledge. She will go above and beyond to ensure each transaction is as smooth as possible with a successful closing. Outside of real estate, Lynn enjoys hiking, golfing, fishing, sewing and travel. She also loves spending time with her husband Ronald and their Miniature Dachshund's, Esther and Emma. Lynn hopes that you will call her when you are ready to make that move and sell your home.
