Hi! I'm Marsha Wallraf and since moving to Arizona several years ago, I decided to go back to my first passion, which is Real Estate. There is no greater joy than to see a family find their dream home and start to make memories in it. To me, the purchase of a home is not just a financial investment, but an emotional investment as well. I practiced Real Estate in Illinois for several years and then owned a construction company with my husband. So I have a high skill set of knowing how to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible for my clients. I have many years of customer service experience and know that the "Client comes first". I have a very caring heart and like to go the extra mile for my clients. I like to build a relationship of trust and loyalty with them. After all, you are putting your trust into me to find your perfect home. And I take that honor very seriously. Having moved around a lot and gone thru the process of buying and selling homes myself, I know there is not a more comforting feeling, knowing that your agent has your best interests at heart. I am extremely detail orientated and I put a high emphasis on making sure the transaction moves along smoothly. Having flipped homes and moved around so much myself, I have staging and decorating experience to bring out the best assets of your home to attract buyers.
