The innate joy of negotiating, and the skill to diplomatically advocate for my clients is what many clients tell me they appreciated most about my representation.  Because of that ,referral or repeat business has been my foundation.  Having had a previous career as an executive in the music business has provided me with invaluable business and creative instincts. Things that don't show up on a resume but show up constantly in the work — reading people, reading rooms, knowing when to push and when not to.  Besides working with traditional Buyers and Sellers, I have decades of hands-on work bringing together design, construction, and the knowledge of what it actually takes to drive the highest appraisal for sellers. For buyers, it's about finding real value — which is exactly where the negotiating comes back in. Real estate is often the largest asset a person will ever deal with. I don't take that lightly. Whether I'm working with someone relocating, a first-time buyer, or a developer assessing the potential of a project, the through-line is always the same: experience, market knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly at high level through every stage.  Los Angeles is large and it's a complex city AND county, and I know it deeply from childhood to the present. It's always changing but the depth of my love and appreciation of this town comes from having lived and worked across sections of it. East Side, West Side, the Valley, the South Bay. Each area has its own market dynamics and its own kind of client. I've worked with all of them, across more escrows than I can count, and no two have ever been the same.
