Mark was born and raised in the Central Valley. After graduating from Fresno State with a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, he became a licensed salesperson with the National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. He jump-started his career working for a private investment firm that specializes in buying homes and leasing them to tenants. During this time, Mark was recruited by a commercial investment firm where he then managed a large portfolio that included leasing industrial and retail units to commercial businesses in the state of Texas. Mark's passion for the Central Valley brought him back home where he transitioned into residential flip properties, which encompassed overseeing everything from the acquisition to the project management of hundreds of flips. Due to his extensive background, he is aware that buying or selling a home can be very stressful and he strives to create an experience that is stress-free. Mark will treat your purchase or sale of a home the same way he would treat his own. He will take the time to educate you on the market conditions and answer all of your questions, making you as informed as possible.
