Well known for her “can do” attitude, Marti Winfield purveys extensive experience as a highly effective and efficient Real Estate Broker Associate. Her desire to live closer to family brought her to Ocala, Florida, over 21 years ago after a highly successful real estate career in sought after locales such as the Florida Keys, Fort Lauderdale and Coral Springs. In 2001 she was awarded “Top Gun” recognition by a National Real Estate Franchise. Marti Winfield is accomplished in Residential and Commercial Property Management, Sales, Leasing and is a Certified Buyer’s Agent Expert. She has experience as Project Manager for investors during property rehab, new construction and the marketing process. In 2005 Marti obtained a Community Association Manager’s license and provided professional management services to a portfolio of twelve Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations for approximately six years in Ocala, Florida. During her real estate career in the Florida Keys, Marti and her partner designed, built and sold luxury waterfront homes on Millionaires Row, oceanside, and on the Florida Bay. While living in the Fort Lauderdale area Marti managed absentee owners’ waterfront estates and yachts. She performed services as a personal assistant and enjoyed yacht trips as first mate and chef onboard for deliveries and cruises. The yacht owners referred to their meals as delicious “edible art”. Marti was often involved with staging the luxury homes and yacht interiors for photo sessions and prepared stunning marketing brochures.
