Mary has lived and worked in the Denver Metro Area for the last 42 years. Nearly a native, Mary moved with her family to Fort Collins, Colorado in 1970 when she was 5 years old and has called Colorado home since then. Her love of the state and the many wonderful graces it has to offer to all who live here, have made her career in Real Estate a joy and a way to express her care and guidance in selling a home or finding the perfect home to meet others' needs. Mary is a mom of four great kids, 4 wonder filled grandkids, and calls Highlands Ranch home. Growing up in a very competitive life style, high school state basketball champs and a four year starter on Regis College Power House Volleyball Team as well as a member of a high achieving academic family earning two degrees in the 4 year period, Mary turns these experiences into a skilled ability to negotiate the best for her clients needs. She continues to remain very active both physically and growing and educating in the Real Estate Industry. Her designations include: Accredited Buyers Representative ( ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Buyers Representative (CBR), Certified Real Estate Consultant (CREC), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Realtor designation. She spent three years at the top producing Keller Williams DTC office earning KW Regional Rookie of the Year Award, KWDTC Rookie of the Year, National KW Bronze Award as well as KWDTC Bronze Award. Mary is also a graduate of the esteemed BOLD program. Mary believes it is very important to be involved in the communities she is surrounded by. She encourages her children to participate with her in Special Olympics, Catholic Charities, Children's Hospital, Sacred Heart House, Operation Christmas Child, Interfaith Task Force, Angel Tree, Samaritan Shelter, COMPA Food Bank, Adopt a Family, Coaching volleyball, basketball and soccer and playing with her grandchildren.
