In his first year of leadership, Mr. Martinez personally trained, and mentored more than 80 agents across Northern Nevada, Southern Nevada, and Arizona. He developed and implemented comprehensive systems for agent training, and performance , scaling success across multiple Berkshire Hathaway franchises and into the Midtown Las Vegas project. Matthew has the distinction as the top 0.1% of the top 1% of agents worldwide. Beyond brokerage success, Mr. Martinez has been recognized as a Prosperity Mortgage Elite Award winner, underscoring his ability to integrate other sectors of the indutry with high-level real estate operations. He also played a pioneering role in the industry as a founding member of the first-ever Crypto and Blockchain Committee established within any Association of Realtors in the United States, advancing the integration of digital assets into real estate. Mr. Martinez has also been instrumental in large-scale development operations, creating a proven operational model and turnkey systems for sales execution. His leadership contributed to Midtown Las Vegas achieving over 90% reservations within its first year prior to breaking ground, a benchmark achievement in commercial development and pre-sales. Today, as Owner of The Martinez Group, Mr. Martinez has overseen and contributed to more than $1 billion in contracts served across residential, luxury, and commercial projects.
