Matt Williams is a native to the Peoria area, having been born and raised in Germantown Hills. He started his career in real estate a decade ago and quickly fell in love with meeting new people and helping them navigate the buying and selling process. His passion for real estate allowed him to become the top producing agent on a number one real estate team in the area for several years in a row. Matt’s involvement with real estate doesn’t end with his clients. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Peoria Area Association of Realtors and serves on the contracts committee and is the current treasurer of the Association. He is a founding partner of the Touchstone Real Estate Group. When Matt is not busy working he enjoys golfing, checking out local restaurants with friends, and spending time with family. Matt and his wife, Rachel, live in Germantown Hills with their 3 children and dog Sticks.
