I’m Melissa Martin, President and Owner of Kansas City Realty. I believe real estate works best when relationships come first. Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction, it usually comes with a lot of life happening at the same time. My job is to listen, explain the process clearly, and help people make good decisions without pressure. Before real estate, I spent ten years working in social services. That experience shaped how I work with clients today, patience matters, honesty matters, and people deserve to feel supported, not sold to. I co-founded Kansas City Realty in 2016 after seeing too much focus on brands and not enough on the people doing the work. We built a brokerage that values collaboration, flexibility, and showing up for clients and our community. I’m proud to serve buyers and sellers across the Kansas City area and to be part of a city I care deeply about.
