My name is Melven and I am a licensed associate broker with Albuquerque Realty. I am born and raised in New Mexico. I graduated from Manzano high school and also attended The University of New Mexico. At age 18 I entered the car business. I sold cars for 4 years and advanced to finance director/manager for 6 years. I worked at a Kia store, Buick & GMC store, and also Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche store. I’ve always been dedicated to helping people. It was then and is always my passion to create connections and provide exceptional service to every client I have. Although in the car industry I was typically the youngest person and also one of the youngest managers, I was always told I’m very mature for my age. I have received many awards for leadership, highest grosses, highest units sold, and salesman of the month awards. I’ve also completed many pieces of training and certifications for manager roles, teamwork, and people skills. As your realtor, I am dedicated to providing you with honesty and transparency as well as being reliable and prompt for your needs and real estate experiences. In my free time when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my precious daughter, family, and friends. Most of my free time goes to my daughter and her extracurricular activities like school, gymnastics, and basketball.
